R. Christopher Niles
Co-founder & Pastor
Randall Christopher Niles is a prodigal son. Although he grew up in a Christian home during the Jesus Revolution of the 1970’s, Christopher ran from God in his teens and called himself a “practicing atheist” for nearly 20 years. At the turn of the millennium, his mother was in a battle with cancer, which caused him to start asking spiritual questions again. Christopher embarked on an extensive worldview journey to make sense of it all, and much of his journey was done in the anonymous world of the Internet. As a corporate lawyer in California, many of his firm’s upstart clients were creating tools and technologies to digitize and deliver the world’s database of online knowledge. Therefore, amidst the clutter and confusion of early search engines, Christopher consumed everything he could find – cosmology, biology, philosophy, history, archaeology, and world religions. Along with other religious texts, he read the Bible as a skeptic. By God’s grace, Truth grabbed Christopher, and he returned his life to Jesus on Mother’s Day 2000, with his praying mother by his side.
Today, Christopher is a pastor, lawyer, author, and adjunct professor who develops content, media, and platforms to spark similar Truth encounters. In addition to being an itinerant pastor with The Way of Adonai, Christopher serves as President of AllAboutGOD.com, Chairman of GotQuestions.org, and Producer at ColdwaterMedia.com. He has published hundreds of articles on comparative worldviews and Christian apologetics, produced dozens of films spotlighting Biblical history and worldview topics, and developed homeschool curricula in the areas of Bible, history, theology, and archaeology. Christopher’s education includes Georgetown, Oxford, and Berkeley, where he studied business, philosophy, and law. He and his wife Debra live in Colorado and have three adult children.
